On the 4th of January (just yesterday), Matt Sabet Collins and I had the pleasure of photographing Nima & Sahika's wedding day.
Sahika is the sweetest, tiniest little lady and Nima is purely gorgeous. From the minute we arrived at Sahika's home, everything was so cool, calm and collected. It felt like we’d rocked up to Sahika's house on a normal weekend and there just happened to be a wedding on. Never at any point was there a sense of rushing or nerves or pressure. The unity between the families and the sense of joy they had for each other constantly brought me to tears, as this family exemplified just how a marriage should look like and just how a union of two families should be.
I can't begin to express how perfectly suited they are, so calm and dignified, respectful and loving towards each other. My heart is filled with joy for their reunion and I know their marriage will be fruitful for eternity. Thank you, immensely, for allowing us to be a part of such a special occasion.
Here is a sneak peek, juuuuust a sneak peek, of a few of my favourites that I couldn't wait to share!
